This is a Quill Stem Adapter that allows you to use a 1-1/8 threadless stem with a 21.1mm, 1" fork like what is found on many older American and BMX bikes. This is constructed of aluminum with a steel bolt and wedge. The total length is approx 6". This part is not intended for off road use, ramps, jumps, and stunt riding.
