Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Custom items such as spokes and custom wheels are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

BMX Guru recommends that all parts be installed by a qualified bicycle mechanic, not a gorilla with a pipe wrench.
Refunds (if applicable):

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
