BMXGURU.com will be closed Dec 24-29. Orders placed after 3pm on 12/23 will not ship until Dec 30 or later.
Before you shoot us an email, here are the answer to many FAQs:
Did my order ship? All orders placed on or before 3pm on Dec 23 have shipped and a shipping notification was emailed to the address given on the order. If you did not receive a shipping notification, please check your junk mail or promotions folders.
Can I place an order even though you’re closed? Yes, but IT WILL NOT SHIP until after 12/30.
Can I return an item? BMXGuru.com will accept returns up to 30 days from the date received. Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging - unused and uninstalled. The full policy, with return instructions, can be found here on our website: https://www.bmxguru.com/pages/policies
Do you actually have ___ in stock? We only list things on our website that are actually in our warehouse. If it is available for sale on the website, we have it. (Heads up, though - we’re human. Occasionally, an inventory error does occur. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find a substitution or send a refund right away.)
