The brick & mortar store - C&W CYCLE - is open for in-person shopping. Winter hours begin Sept 11 (Friday 12-7pm & Saurdays 10am-3pm).
Before you shoot us an email, here are the answer to many FAQs:
Did my order ship? All orders placed on or before 9am on Sept 1 will be shipped within 1-2 business days and a shipping notification was emailed to the address given on the order. If you did not receive a shipping notification, please check your junk mail or promotions folders.
Can I place an order even though you’re closed? No. We will re-open on Saturday, October 1.
Can I return an item? BMXGuru.com will accept returns up to 30 days from the date received. Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging - unused and uninstalled. The full policy, with return instructions, can be found here on our website: https://www.bmxguru.com/pages/policies
Do you actually have ___ in stock? We only list things on our website that are actually in our warehouse. If it is available for sale on the website, we have it. (Heads up, though - we’re human. Occasionally, an inventory error does occur. If that happens, we’ll work with you to find a substitution or send a refund right away.)
