This is a 20" wheelset (one front and one rear). The rims are A-7X Lite single wall that are silver anodized in color. These rims have 10mm holes between each spoke. They are similar in style to the old Mongoose Pro Class rims.
The hubs are black anodized alloy large flange w/ cut-outs and sealed bearing with 3/8 axles front & rear. The rear hub is a standard freewheel type which will work with 16t and larger freewheels (not included). 100mm F, 110mm R OLD
The 36 spokes are stainless steel w/ 5/8" Black brass nipples, and they are built 3X. These wheels will accept 20 x 1.75 - 2.40 tires (406mm).
The rim has a pinned seam which means that the seam has a decal instead of a hole as seen in the photos.
Included is a set of black Nylon rim strips. They are not the shiny mylar; they are Nylon.
Note: The rear hub has smaller cut-outs than the front. This can be viewed in the photos.
Color: Polished and Black
NOTE: This rim has a raw, polished finish. They may have some areas that are dull, scuffed, or simply showing other small things from being handled. It is not a manufacturer defect or blemish if the finish has small visual issues. You may want to polish them with a soft cotton rag and an aluminum polish to achieve mirror-like shine. Polished parts do need to be periodically polished to retain maximum shine.
