This is a star nut and top cap w/ a hollow bolt for 1-1/8" forks. The top cap is aluminum alloy witha laser-etched VP logo. This part will fit most 1-1/8" steel or chromoly forks. The chrome bolt is an M10 and it will allow you to route the front brake cable through it (Potts mod).
