This is an M10 Top cap and bolt. It is a new bike take-off from Haro. It is new but it has been installed and shows cosmetic signs of such. The threads are M10x1.25 and it is for 1-1/8" fork with M10 star nut or welded insert.
Please measure your old bolt before you buy this one to make sure that it will fit.
