This is a 24" wheelset (one front and one rear). The rims are TNT M80X double wall and are anodized red in color. The hubs are alloy small flange loose bearing and 3/8 axles front & rear. The flip-flop rear hub will work with most any 13t or larger freewheel (not included). The 28 spokes are black w/ 5/8" black brass nipples. These will accept 24x1.50-2.125 tires (507mm)
