This is a solid stem wedge bolt for quill stems. It has an 5/16" bolt that is 5-7/8" long with a 21.1mm wedge. The wedge is a stepped type which will work with some old American stems and early BMX stems.
It won't fit full ramped wedge stems like those used by most bmx stems.
