The Pro-Tec Classic Cert draws its line of design right back to our original helmet model but with the added EPS protection for high velocity impacts. It is constructed of high-impact ABS with 11 open vents. This helmet complies with U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and older (ASTM 1492, AS/NZS 2063:2008, CE 1078).
