This Shimano Coaster Brake trim kit come with an 18t cog, dust cover, snap ring, axle nuts and a strap with screw and nylock nut. You get what you see in the photo. It fits Shimano CB-E110 hub and some others that are similar. The cog works with 1/2x1/8 and 1/2x3/32 chains. The Axle nuts are 3/8x24t.
