This is and NOS Dorcy Handlebar pad for V-bars. It is about 11.5" long and has a 6-snap design. It even has the original K-Mart price tag on it. This is new but it has been shuffled around for the last 40+ years. Please ask all questions because sales on NOS items are FINAL.
