This front hub guard is precision-engineered from Delrin, a high-performance polymer that delivers exceptional durability and impact resistance. Compatible with Profile Elite & Mini front hubs as well as Madera Pilot front hubs. This guard works only with Profile/Madera Knurled cones; it will NOT work with the older style, all aluminum front hub cones. The guard slides over the hub cone; it will sit snugly against your fork and hub cone when the wheel is tightened down.
Note: Plastic wears faster than aluminum, especially when used on very rough surfaces. The Madera C-4 guards are intended to be used for ramp and light street.
