This is a new in the package pair of Fishbone Skull spring-loaded brake levers. These are NOS brake levers have a hinged clamp that will fit standard 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars and have a forged skull on the end of the lever blade. They will work with most any Side-Pull, U, or Cantilever brake caliper. These won't work with V- or Disc brakes.
